1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zay's Mobile Pit Stop website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zay's Mobile Pit Stop provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services at locations within our service radius. We reserve the right to refuse service if a job requires equipment or facilities beyond our mobile capabilities, in which case we will inform you before any work begins.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed within one hour of submission. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled arrival window. Cancellations within 4 hours may be subject to a fee equal to our minimum service charge.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is quoted before work begins. You approve the estimate before any service is performed. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. No upfront deposits are required for standard services.
5. Vehicle Access & Liability
You agree to provide safe, legal access to your vehicle and a suitable workspace. Zay's Mobile Pit Stop is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our service.
6. Warranty
All work is backed by a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications after our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zay's Mobile Pit Stop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
